The achievement description is rather confusing, which is why i made a guide for this. The achievement itself is not that hard at all (depends of which difficulity you're playing on) all you gotta do is during the Mansion or the Hotel level when a blackout occurs, don't turn on the power until 5 minutes have passed and you will get the achievement.
