I have iPhone games that look better than Muramasa (get the name right). Cel shaded graphics take less resources. You're talking art direction over graphical fidelity and don't seem to know the difference.
I'm not going to get in this debate on art style vs hardware capabilities with some one who doesn't know the difference.
